<p style="text-align: justify">Your core responsibilities will focus on optimization and management of an effective infrastructure to support the entire order fulfillment process. You will assume a leadership role in refining and running an efficient model for "best in the class" Customer Service by taking care of processes, policies, team building and team development, capabilities improvements, control of daily business execution and strategic co-planning. In your new function you will be one of key members of our commercial team in Europe and take an active part in collaboration with our clients as well as with MWV’s international sales, planning, quality and production teams with reference to order execution. In your new role you will report directly to the Plant Manager in Barcelona and supervise a team consisting of 8 customer service reps. </p>
